Dan did a fast cleanup of my laptop since I had difficulty getting online yesterday. I wanted to make sure nothing was wrong with the laptop. He also gave me directions to teach me how to set a Bluetooth speaker which was charging. Dan is reliable, honest, and efficient. He is the real deal. A true expert. It is a great pleasure to work with him; he has solved numerous computer issues for me in the last l5 years.
